Job Description
The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for helping customers receive value from their investment in Tanium and ensuring Tanium maintains its enviable base of high-value, loyal customers. The role involves driving and communicating value for government customers, contributing to retention and expansion, and building and maintaining executive and administrative customer relationships.
Requirements
- Security Clearance (NV1 or higher)
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- More than 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Service Management / Professional Services
- Experience working with Australian Federal Government agencies and personnel
- Consulting and project management skills
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology
