Job Description
The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for helping customers receive value from their investment in Tanium and ensuring customer success through proactive health checks, product training, and developing technical best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Renewals, or Service Management/Professional Services
- Experience in technical domains such as Endpoint Security, Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting, Incident Response, Systems Management, Utility Scripting (bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python)
- Tanium Certified Operator (nice to have)
- Tanium Certified Administrator (nice to have)
