Job Description
Tanner Clinic is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to join their growing behavioral health team. This role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy services to children and adolescents aged 4-18. The psychiatrist will collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, and participate in clinical supervision and training.
Requirements
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals
