Job Description
The Line Cook is responsible for overseeing the cooking process, ensuring quality and consistency of food menu items, and demonstrating knowledge of all areas of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests
- Handle all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
- Prepare all restaurants foods, hot and cold
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station
- Follow supervisor's instructions and communicate with and support co-workers
- Possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes with the ability to execute them to company standards
- Comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
- Communicate product needs to the chefs and the support staff
- Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by management
- Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions
- Demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partners
