Delivers food menu items to guests, provides exceptional service, and maintains a clean and welcoming environment. Requires 1 year of restaurant experience, knowledge of culinary ticket systems, and ability to stand for extended periods.
Requirements
- Delivers all food menu items to the guests.
- Provides professional and exceptional service.
- Maintains general cleanliness of stations and the entire venue.
- Follows supervisor’s instructions, communicates with and supports co-workers, and is a team player.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food menus.
- Solicits allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest and communicates to management.
- Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
- Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House support team members, managers, and chefs.
- Sets up runner’s station, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
- Reports all breakage, and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions or departmental meetings.
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality, its partners, and supporting hotel environments.
- Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members.
- Assists and/or completes additional tasks as assigned.
