Staff Accountant - Miami

The Staff Accountant supports the daily operational accounting functions and the financial statement close cycle to ensure timely reporting and compliance with relevant procedures and controls.

Requirements

• Prepare daily entries to record revenue and bank transactions
• Maintain detailed reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations
• Participate in the month end close process by preparing necessary journal entries and finalizing reconciliations and schedules
• Prepare monthly tax returns to ensure timely filing
• Monitor applicable licensing requirements
• Work on special projects and assist team members as needed
• Assist and/or complete additional duties as assigned
