Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist role in a fast-growing startup. The candidate will work remotely in Latin America, managing recruitment operations, sourcing top talent, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and/or Design roles
• Advanced English
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
