Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and/or Design roles
- Advanced English
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
