Job Description
Bright Machines is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the teams that power their innovation. The successful candidate will own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across all functions, including engineering and operations. They will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes, and drive an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience hiring and sourcing for technical roles in Mexico and the US
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever experience is a strong plus)
- Experience using LinkedIn or similar tools for sourcing candidates
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to drive improvements
