Business Development Lead, Asia

Taptap Send is hiring a Business Development Lead to drive partnership-led expansion across East Asia, with a focus on Greater China. The role involves running market expansion efforts, building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving execution across multiple markets simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in consulting or high-growth startups, ideally in business development, partnerships, strategy or market expansion roles
• Strong experience working in or with East Asia markets, particularly China ecosystems
• Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to assess trade-offs across speed, economics, regulatory constraints, and long-term strategic value
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across cultures and stakeholders
• Execution-focused, with a bias toward action and the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
