As a Recruiter, you'll be a core enabler of our growth and success, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and success criteria. You'll own multiple searches end-to-end across Engineering and Product, supporting teams globally.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering and / or Product) in a fast-paced environment
- Background in agency or in-house at a startup / scale-up (ideally Series AâD)
- Proven track record closing high calibre candidates in competitive markets
- Strong sourcing instincts and a bias toward proactive, creative headhunting
- Data-literate: uses metrics to diagnose problems and improve outcomes, not just report activity
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity; resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- High ownership mindset - no task too small, but always focused on impact
- Strong judgment and backbone: able to challenge stakeholders and defend decisions with clarity
- Outgoing - you love speaking to people and enjoy building meaningful relationships
