4am Inbound (Stocking) (T2027)

As an Inbound Expert, you will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help guests find what they need, resolve issues, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude. You will also execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stock and organize product, and maintain product availability on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
