4am Inbound (Stocking) (T2785)

As an Inbound Expert at Target, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring guest experience, executing daily and weekly workload to support business priorities, and delivering on sales goals. The role involves sorting operations, stocking and organizing merchandise, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
