Buyer - Wine

The Buyer - Wine position is a key role in Target's Merchandising team, responsible for creating omni-channel growth by planning profitable and locally relevant assortments. The buyer will work with diverse vendors, negotiate with vendors, and lead cross-functional teams to drive category results. The role requires strong strategic and analytical skills, collaboration skills, flexibility, and comfort working in changing environments.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of Merchandising experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with Cross Functional Teams
• Flexibility, resilient and comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing
