The Sr. Buyer Owned Brands (Food & Beverage) role is responsible for defining a growth strategy for Target's Owned Brands, including Good & Gather and Favorite Day. The role involves leading a cross-functional team to deliver value to guests and advance business objectives.

Requirements

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Merchandising or Brand Management and Profit and Loss experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional team
• Flexible, resilient and comfortable working in “gray areas” that are constantly changing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence a team
