Job Description
The Fulfillment Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, prioritizing guest service, and driving fulfillment goals in a fast-paced and physically demanding retail environment. The role involves creating daily plans, reviewing reporting, and holding team members accountable to expectations. The leader must be able to adapt to current technology needs, work independently and as part of a team, and manage workload and prioritize tasks independently. A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members is essential. The leader will also be responsible for maintaining a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
