The Marketplace Support & Capability Development Lead is responsible for ensuring that enterprise item and content capabilities effectively support Marketplace growth, seller success, and operational scalability. This role plays a critical leadership position in shaping priorities, influencing the roadmap, and ensuring capabilities are designed and executed to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketplace operations, item management, business strategy, or related roles
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and product roadmaps without direct ownership
• Strong understanding of item data, product content, and digital commerce ecosystems
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance partners
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
