Marketplace Support & Capability Development Lead - Partner Management

The Marketplace Support & Capability Development Lead is responsible for defining and advancing the strategy, development, and activation of critical Marketplace capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment to enterprise priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or marketplace/ecommerce environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
• Strong experience partnering with Product and Technology teams on roadmap development and delivery
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling processes, programs, or capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity
