The Sr Tech Operations Program Manager - Strategy Execution & Delivery role at Target involves planning and executing work across the Tech Talent and Engagement team, including events, talent programs, and communications, and culture. Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, consulting, or related roles within a complex, matrixed organization
• Experience supporting events, learning programs, talent initiatives, or change-oriented work, with strong facilitation and relationship management skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Working knowledge of technology organizations and domains (e.g., engineering, data, product, or AI), or the ability to build credibility and domain expertise and apply context in support of programs and initiatives
