Our client is a Vancouver-based technology company seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their growing team in the US. The successful candidate will lead a sales team to achieve organizational goals, develop training programs, and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in sales
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery service or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and client service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
