Job Description
Your tasks include handling complaints and returns, providing customer and supplier support, and taking on administrative tasks. You will be the central point of contact for international customers and suppliers in the Backnang office.
Requirements
- Knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
- Common PC software (MS Office, Internet)
- Experience in complaint management or customer service is an advantage
