The Community Ambassador is TaskUs’ first line of defense, providing five-star service to teammates, clients, and visitors, and ensuring that all site reception areas are in the best shape and well managed.
Requirements
- Provide five-star service to teammates, clients, and visitors
- Maintain reception areas in the best shape and well managed
- Coordinate site tours and ensure that all company assets are kept tidy and in good working condition
- Report suspicious behavior and visitors to sentinels for everyone's safety
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure anticipation of applicants is aligned with each other
- Coordinate with sourcing on referral programs and client-related requests
- Regulate and maintain administrative tasks related to travel, logistics, client management, asset management, and office supplies
- Ensure a steady and smooth flow of logistics and transmittals of related items per site
- Accommodate site needs during disasters, typhoons, floods, and fires
- Manage driver/messenger schedules, their tasks, allowance, and deployment of company vehicles
