Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B account management in AI services, customer success, business development, or client services in AI organizations
- Ideally supporting enterprise accounts or high-growth startup organizations
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts with a structured and scalable approach
- Experience working with technical or product-focused customers and translating their needs into talent or services solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity while bringing structure through process and execution
- Data fluency, including experience using dashboards and metrics to inform strategy and performance
