Job Description
TaskUs is seeking an HRIS Lead (Workday Business Analyst) to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday system. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration
