TaskUs is seeking a HRIS Lead (Workday Business Analyst) to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday system. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and functional reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong working knowledge of Workday
- Experience in Workday components such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent/Performance, and Advanced Compensation
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage small projects independently
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize requests
- Adapt well to change
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
