Learning Experience Designer

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to help build a roadmap, plan, and execute training solutions for clients. The ideal candidate is an Architect for TaskUs clients, with expertise in Instructional Design, Curriculum development, and e-learning tools.

Requirements

• Meet with Subject-Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge
• Determine the level of effort required for all aspects of development
• Design and develop all training content
• Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
• Review training content created by other team members
• Assist with onboarding and upskilling new Learning Experience Consultants
• Develop SMART Learning Objectives
