TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, design and expand training and development programs, and deliver technical preparatory training.

Requirements

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
• Act as content expert and maintain training documents and materials
• Develop and create effective induction programs
• Monitor and review trainees' progress
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies
• Ensure adherence to company's Code of Conduct
