Learning Experience Leader (Process Trainer)

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, design and expand training and development programs, and deliver technical preparatory training. The ideal candidate will have excellent conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character, and be able to create effective induction programs and monitor trainees' progress.

Requirements

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
• Deliver technical preparatory training
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees
• Continuously improve training programs
• Amend and revise programs as necessary
• Act as the content expert
• Develop and create effective induction programs
• Monitor and review trainees' progress
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
• Ensure all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct
