Senior Training Manager

TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies. As a Senior Learning Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day training programs and initiatives across all sites, selecting, training, and providing work guidance for Training Managers and Supervisors, and managing the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department's site wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in training and development
• Proven track record of successful training programs
• Excellent communication and project management skills
