Job Description
As a Team Leader at TaskUs, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, coaching and training them, and ensuring they deliver a superior customer experience. You will also be responsible for creating reports, documenting feedback, and managing issues that arise.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience managing at least 10+ teammates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average technical know-how
- Previous experience working on the phone, email, and live chat customer support roles
- Familiarity with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools
