Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish with a minimum B2 proficiency in English.
- 2 years of prior relevant people management experience in the BPO or call center industry
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans
- A high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and also has a passion for the development of teammates.
