Requirements
- Supervise the daily performance of the assigned team, monitoring KPIs (productivity, quality, response times, process compliance)
- Implement internal control policies and procedures for collections
- Ensure that the necessary personnel are available at each BPO, managing attendance, punctuality, and work schedule compliance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain direct supervision of BPOs through effective and constant verbal and written communication
- Prepare organized reports for the Supervisor and Manager of the team regarding the results of BPO management
- Provide daily support to BPOs regarding technical support, PIXIU users, connectivity, and system problems
- Knowledge of soft skills such as conflict management, leadership, and team management
