Job Description
DiDi is seeking a BPO Team Leader to supervise the daily performance of the assigned team, execute internal control policies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have experience as a Supervisor or BPO Team Leader, preferably in the financial industry or Fintech.
Requirements
- 1 year or more in the position of Supervisor or BPO Team Leader within the same company
- Preferably, experience in the financial industry (Bank/Financial Services) or Fintech
- Management of teams of 10 to 20 people
- Intermediate management of Excel and reporting tools
- Quality control, call model, and continuous improvement focused on quality
- Dominion of training process controls and tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance (desirable)
