Workforce Planner

TaskUs is looking for a Workforce Planner to coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather data for forecasting and calculation of program requirements. The role involves maintaining a roster of staff, publishing snapshots, and creating action plans to address staffing gaps or minimize overages.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Workforce Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
• Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects
• High attention to detail and strong desire to optimize procedures and processes
• Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer and software skills
• Ability to read trends and project into future forecasts
• Working knowledge of Google Applications and WFM Tool (IEX preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High achiever and self-starter
