The BPO Service Desk Trainer is responsible for identifying training requirements, designing and delivering training courses, and collaborating with various functions and stakeholders. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end course design methodologies and effective training techniques. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 4 years of total BPO experience, including at least 2 years as a trainer in BPO or shared services.
