Job Description
Instructional Designer responsible for designing and developing materials, programs, curriculum, and course-level content to support online training. Uses authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud to design and deliver engaging instructor-led content and micro-learning modules.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and guide discussions to draw out learning requirements
- Consult, communicate, and engage SMEs and stakeholders to understand and develop learning materials
- Work on multiple initiatives concurrently
- Disciplined in technical writing and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
