Job Description
TASQ is looking for an instructional designer for digital learning to start working remotely as soon as June 16, 2025. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and creating engaging user experiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Articulate, and Creative Cloud
- At least 2 years of BPO experience
- Portfolio related to BPO instructional designer job
- Graphic design and digital audio production skills
- Strong consulting, communication, and engagement skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation abilities
- Familiarity with online, instructor-led, and e-learning software applications
- Understanding of adult learning theories and best practices
