Job Description
Under general supervision, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the specialized and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Maintains and repairs HVAC system
- Performs electrical work such as repairing and replacing switches, receptacles, lights, and motors
- Strips, seals, waxes and buffs floor surfaces, and performs daily floor maintenance
