To achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency, identify Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, and develop and manage a team to enable business growth. Maintain portfolio quality, build client relationships, and ensure daily/weekly meetings and visits to centre.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working
