Responsible for managing sales process, driving sales numbers, and achieving business targets for home loans and LAP channel. Requires strong liaisons with clients, team management, and industry knowledge to stay ahead in the market.

• Maximize number of APFs and increase penetration in approved APF projects
• Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships
• Ensure file processing from login stage to disbursement

• Lead and supervise team of relationship managers
• Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence
