Requirements
- Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets
- Retain and expand customer base for home loan and LAP channel
- Maximize sales through network of DSA and effective management of connector and builder relationships
- Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals
- Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement
- Optimize team productivity and align with team on ground lead generation activities
- Lead and supervise team of relationship managers for growth agenda
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations and company processes
