Job Description
Primient is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Talent & Organizational Development to lead training programs, design learning experiences, and facilitate high-impact training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Master's Degree in HR, Business, or related fields preferred
- Experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, global work environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior audiences
