Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems outlined in the Employer's contract with the Government. Coordinates contractors and conducts building tours, QC/Safety Inspections, and maintains the building maintenance log.

Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs, manages PM schedules, and files records as directed.

Requirements

• Universal CFC Required
• Proficiency in using CMMS-Maximo
• Knowledge of applicable operations and maintenance codes and regulations
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
• Experience in writing equipment maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP), updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and maintenance record management
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to reference and utilize technical manuals as needed
• Ability to follow technical directions from product engineers or technicians
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 10- or 30-hour OSHA certification
• Current CPR/First aid certification
