Job Description
SAP Taulia is seeking a trade finance lawyer with experience in the syndication, distribution, and securitization of trade finance assets. The role involves supporting the Distribution and Products teams, owning diverse and complex legal issues, and working with outside counsel to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in trade finance and/or securitization, syndication, and distribution of AR and SCF assets
- Experience navigating and negotiating complex legal documentation with customers and funding parties
- Experience developing funding structures, including for new products and geographies
- Familiarity with different funding structures, including BAFT participations, SPV structures, and notes programmes
