Canonita is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to join their team. The role focuses on delivering memorable dining experiences through excellent hospitality, beverage preparation, and effective communication with guests. Responsibilities include beverage ordering, guest interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and handling complaints.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests
• Determine guests needs while making the appropriate recommendations and offerings to enhance the dining experience
• Present the best we have to offer, never selling the guest anything
• Prepare drink orders for guests and servers according to recipes
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Process payments and handle cash professionally and accurately
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
• Follow up with guests about their meal and dining experience
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor at all times
