Dishwasher

Canonita, a popular restaurant in Las Vegas, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their dynamic team. The Dishwasher's role is critical to guest experience, ensuring clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, and cleaning of the dish area. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Assemble dish machine and pot sinks to prepare for washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans
• Change water in the dish machine at a minimum every two hours, or earlier if necessary
• Ensure proper water temperature constantly
• Clean all dishes properly using the dish machine or washing by hand
• Check all dishes after cleaning to ensure 100% cleanliness
• Sort clean silverware
• Organize the dish area for efficient use of space
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the entire dish area and back of house
• Carry boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpster
• Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor
