Job Description
Park Pizza & Brewing Co. is hiring dedicated individuals to join their back-of-house team as Dishwashers. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the quality and presentation of the kitchen's dishes and glassware. This position contributes to a positive dining experience for guests and is a vital part of the culinary team.
Requirements
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
- Assemble dish machine and pot sinks
- Clean all dishes properly using the dish machine or washing by hand
- Check all dishes after cleaning to ensure 100% cleanliness
- Sort clean silverware
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the entire dish area and back of house
- Carry boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpster
- Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor
- Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
