Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for delivering clean and sanitized plateware and glassware to guests. Maintaining cleanliness and stock is critical to the guest experience. This position is for an onsite role.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Assemble dish machine and pot sinks to prepare for washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans
• Change water in the dish machine at a minimum every two hours, or earlier if necessary, and replace with fresh water to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Ensure proper water temperature constantly
• Clean all dishes properly using the dish machine or washing by hand
• Check all dishes after cleaning to ensure 100% cleanliness
• Sort clean silverware
• Organize the dish area for efficient use of space
• Sweep and mop floors
• Carry boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpster
• Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor at all times
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Perform any job function requested by the management team
