Joe's American Bar & Grill is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Dedicated and Enthusiastic Hosts/Hostesses. This role is critical to guest experience, as the host/hostess is the first and last impression of the restaurant. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, communicating effectively, and maintaining cleanliness. The position emphasizes creating a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Greet guests with a genuine welcome while making a fantastic first impression
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Answer the telephones and take orders accurately
• Manage table availability and table management system
• Handle guest complaints professionally and alert a manager immediately
• Maintain high level of cleanliness and sanitation
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Follow up with guests about their meal and dining experience
