Host

The Host/Hostess is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, building guest relationships, and contributing to a positive dining experience. This role focuses on exceeding guest expectations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting with reservations, table management, and guest communication.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Greet guests with a genuine welcome while making a fantastic first impression
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Assist guests to their tables while engaging in polite conversation and delivering a great experience
• Answer the telephones and take requests for reservations accurately
• Update table availability and manage dining room effectively using the table management system
• Handle guest complaints professionally and alert a manager immediately
• Maintain high level of cleanliness and sanitation
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Perform any job function requested by the management team
