Abe & Louie’s is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook to deliver exceptional food and service. The role involves preparing menu items accurately, maintaining a clean work station, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to allergy protocols. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are desired.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to learn of featured items
• Prepare food based on daily needs and par levels
• Adhere to guest allergy sensitivity protocol
• Set up and maintains station with correct food products and utensils
• Monitor product levels and restock when necessary
• Cook perfect food in a timely manner
• Check all dishes before sending out to guest
• Clean and sanitize the work area
• Ensure proper temperature of equipment
• Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Perform any job function requested by the management team
